1) Exchanges/returns are not possible in the following cases:
- If the item is damaged due to the customer's mishandling
- If more than 30 days have passed since receiving the item
- If the label, tag, etc., have been lost, damaged, or contaminated
- If the product has been used or washed (including defective products and wrong deliveries)
2) Please check the following:
- Ensure the product and tags are in the condition you received them.
- Organize the products neatly, such as clothing and bags, before sending them back.
- Exchange/return applications must be made through the inquiry board.
(Sending them arbitrarily may delay or omit the processing of exchanges/returns.)
3) Exchange/Return Shipping Fees
- For exchanges and returns due to change of mind, the shipping fee is the customer's responsibility.
- If the received product is defective or wrongly delivered, the round-trip shipping fee is covered by us.
(Please note that for Jeju Island and remote or island areas, additional charges may apply beyond the basic delivery fee.)
For exchanges to a different product, even if the product is defective, the shipping fee must be borne by the customer.

2. After shipping, cancellations, exchanges, and returns must be applied for through 1:1 inquiry:

5) Refund Information
- For bank transfers and cash deposits, the payment amount will be refunded within 3~7 business days after product inspection, based on business days.
- For credit card payments, credit card authorization will be canceled after product inspection, and it may take 2~7 business days for the card company to complete the refund.
(Note, charges may appear according to the credit card payment date, and in such cases, the card company will process a refund in the next billing cycle.)
6) Bank Account Information for Deposit

- To avoid the risk of loss, please deposit the shipping fee into the account.
- If there is no record of deposit for the exchange/return shipping fee, it will be deducted from the refund amount, and the process will proceed with cancellation and refund.
